What we store in your browser when you use vizator.es and the platform, why and for how long, under Article 22(2) of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).

What they are
Cookies and local storage are small pieces of data a website stores in your browser. Some are technical, essential for the website to work, and do not need your consent; others measure usage, and are only used if you accept them.
Technical (no consent needed)
vizator_api_session (cookie, Vizator): keeps you signed in to the dashboard. It lasts while you are connected and expires after a period of inactivity.
XSRF-TOKEN (cookie, Vizator): protects your forms against forged requests. Same duration as the session.
vizator-analytics-consent (local storage, Vizator): remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics, so we do not ask again. Until you clear the site data.
vizator-locale and vizator-theme (local storage, Vizator): remember your language and the light or dark theme. Until you clear the site data.
sidebar-collapsed and selected_company_id (browser storage, Vizator): remember how you left the dashboard menu and the selected company. The second is cleared when you close the tab.
vizator-lead-origin-session (session storage, Vizator): keeps the origin of your visit only while it lasts, so it can accompany a demo request you send during that same visit. Cleared when you close the tab.
Analytics (only with your consent)
_ga and _ga_<id> (cookies, Google Analytics): tell visits apart to measure in aggregate which pages are used. They last up to 2 years. Google Analytics runs in consent mode: without your acceptance it does not store these cookies.
vizator-lead-origin (local storage, Vizator): remembers for 90 days the origin of your first visit (campaign or referring website) to know which channel generated a demo request. Removed when you withdraw consent.
The 3D viewer on our customers’ websites
The Vizator viewer that our customers install on their websites uses no cookies. It only stores in the browser’s session storage (cleared when the tab is closed) the key vizator.almacen-caido, which notes for about 5 minutes that the viewer’s files did not respond, so it can load their fallback copy without waiting. It is essential technical storage for the viewer to work: it holds no personal data, is not used for measurement or advertising and needs no consent.
How to accept, reject or withdraw consent
When you arrive we ask whether you accept analytics; rejecting is as easy as accepting. You can change your decision at any time with the buttons on this page, and also clear the site’s cookies and data from your browser settings.
